Performance Inspection of Diamond Wire Saw

The performance inspection of diamond wire saw should consider the following two aspects:

1. The inspection of the surface coating of electroplated diamond wire saws, including the coating appearance quality inspection, the wire saw geometry inspection, and the diamond abrasive grain consolidation strength inspection.

2. The detection of the mechanical properties of electroplated diamond wire saws, including tensile strength properties and elongation, fracture distortion properties, and bending properties.
