Copper-plated high-carbon steel wire on the surface satisfies the tensile strength, flexibility, wear resistance and service life of the wire, has the similar mechanical properties of the stainless steel wire, and has advantages that other base materials do not have. Copper-plated high-carbon steel wire the surface is coated with a layer of metal to avoid rusting of the high-carbon steel wire, which reduces the difficulty of pretreatment. After the copper plating on the steel wire, there is a layer of metal copper between the steel wire substrate and the nickel layer, which improves the steel wire substrate and the nickel layer.
